While not many reviews seem to be available for the Toro 20360 e-Cycler model, the ones that are, are positive, rating it between four and five stars out of five. Of the reviews available, most people were pleased with its power and ability to cut and mulch a lawn, one person calling it “perfect for the small to mid-size yard.” Another felt the price might be costly, but overall worth it, noting that after weeks of use, the mower is “working great.” One reviewer explored the machine in-depth, noting that the Toro is great with its performance, but maybe lacks a little in its construction. Still, the same reviewer gave the mower four and a half stars out of five, and said it was much quieter and easier to maneuver, noting that the main weight is at its rear wheels, providing better balance.
